TERRIBLE after-sales SERVICE, specifically the customer service area. Details such as services become a stress for us owners, they return the unit telling you that “everything was fine” but your car starts throwing alarms, you ask questions and request the scan and errors appear. The guy who delivers doesn't even know what's up, the worst thing is that you start asking him and he immediately gets defensive. We have to remember that we are the customers and we are paying prices that are even high for the treatment to be so terrible. Beautiful cars but a year after having my unit I am very hesitant to buy here again because of the terrible treatment and service that these people give to the owner.
